Food was great and the live music was nice but was playing too loud to be able to talk inside and there wasn't enough staff to accommodate the crowd.
Endroit charmant, plutt hippie autant au niveau de l'ambiance, de la bouffe et du service... Terrasse avec vue sur la rivire super agrable. Je m'attendais un plus grand choix de bires et la poutine a t une dception pour moi. Ce qui m'a le plus du : le service! Serveuse zro qualifie pour conseiller sur les bires (on est dans une micro-brasserie!), service trs lent et au moment de payer, on m'ignorait! J'aurais pu partir sans payer je crois! Mais bon, finalement on m'a rpondu avec un minimum de gentillesse... Bref, je ne crois pas y retourner!

I went there after awesome of climbing and I really appreciate my experience at Le Baril Roulant. Since it's a micro-brasserie, I was thirsty for a pint of hapiness ;) The food was delicious, the menu is diversified. Finally, the service is number one, hostess was very kind. If you pass by Val-David, this place is a must to have a beer with friends on a sunny day on the terrace :)
Service was fast. Food was fantastic, above par, for a nice price. The vegetarian burger was very tasty and fulfilling. Choice of beers was good and they offer a taster's panel (5x4oz) of their own tap beer for the price of a pint.
