Perfect Weekend getaway.Very easy to get to from Montreal. Cozy apartment with everything you need. Host was extremely friendly and caring and gave us the most relaxing massages ever! Lots of areas to relax and disconnect from our every day stress. We highly recommend spending anytime possible at the Temple D'O. My partner and I will be going back 100%! Theres even a private jacuzzi outside !!!
Jodie is truly an amazing therapist and a very gifted yoga instructor. I had been seeing different therapists over the years all over the world and she is really the top! Jodie uses many different techniques and very intuitive. She had an extensive training and focused on integrating different techniques for the most efficient results. I never felt better just after a few sessions with her! She is also a wonderful yoga teacher and achieves so much in an hour what appears to be gentle, yet the result are the same when I have a 2 hour Hatha Yoga class. I wish I lived near by so I could come regularly and not just summers. She has a center in Montreal and just recently relocated to Val David in a very charming home-great asset for the community. I will definitely be back to see her when I return.

Superb water massage! Jodie is an exceptional healer. Beautiful surroundings in the Laurentians. Very comfortable apartment and hot tub, for enjoyable overnight stays. And did I mention that Jodie is an excellent cook as well as delightfully charming?Vivian Wiseman
Jodie is super delightful and it was a pleasure to stay in the cozy apt. We had everything we needed and it was wonderful to be at home away from home, out in nature. The water massages were AMAZING. Will be back next summer.
